RSF开放式光栅尺
非接触式测量系统的暴露高位移速度和精度高,常用于较清洁的环境。
非接触式暴露编码器依靠空气差距编码器头部和规模是统一的测量范围。平的安装面和平行机导轨是重要的。
根据不同的版本的测量系统,两种不同的测量尺度是可用的:
玻璃(部分ROBAX玻璃陶瓷)或钢。
